For purchases made on www.sauerfrau.com, you have 15 calendar days to notify us if you are not satisfied with our products. We will need you to provide your name, contact information, and order number. Depending on the issue if inspection is required, we may request that you return the product to us via the USPS. Refunds: Once we process your request, we will initiate a reshipment or refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
General Information: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Time: We estimate that orders will arrive within 5-7 business days of order placement. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within two business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays.
