Pork & Sauerkraut Stew

Try this pork and sauerkraut stew with Craft Beer Mustard kraut and German lager.

 2 Onions, thinly sliced
 3 Chopped garlic
 4 Potatoes, peeled & cubed
 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
 2 lbs Boneless pork loin, cubed
 1 tbsp Soy sauce
 Salt & pepper to taste
 18 oz Sauer Frau Craft Beer Mustard Sauerkraut
 6 oz German lager

In a large stockpot, heat the oil over medium/high heat.


Add cubed pork and brown. Stir in the onion and garlic. Cook until onion is soft and garlic is fragrant.


Stir in potatoes, sauerkraut, soy sauce, German lager, and salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.


Serve hot and enjoy!
