These reuben mini toasts with zucchini and Sauer Frau Bavarian kraut are perfect hors d'oeuvres for any occasion.
Preheat broiler on high.
Wash a zucchini. Cut into thin, small slices, and set aside.
Place mini toasts on a baking sheet. Broil until lightly toasted. Flip and toast the other side. Remove from oven
Place a small square of Swiss cheese on each piece of toast. Spread each piece of toast with about 1 teaspoon of thousand island dressing. Take the sliced zucchini and top each toast with a few slices. Squeeze about 1 tablespoon of Sauer Frau Bavarian with Caraway Seeds sauerkraut onto each piece of toast.
Place back in the oven and broil for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
